Refund Policy

The "It Works or I Make It Right" Guarantee

If it doesn't sound meaningfully more like you — reply to your purchase confirmation email and tell me what happened. I will personally review your setup with you. If we still can't get it right, I'll refund your $27. No forms, no hoops, no questions asked.

Refund request window: 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to request: Reply to your purchase confirmation email or email hello@thechocolatemama.com with your order number and a brief description of what happened.

What I ask: That you actually attempt to use the kit before requesting a refund. The guarantee is for people who tried and couldn't get it to work — not for buyer's remorse or accidental purchases (though I'll handle those with grace too).

Refund method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
